A 30,000 m² business complex: a monolithic frame with a curved facade.
A business complex of 30,000 m². Design, construction and general contracting by STMK, 2023—2024. Three above-ground floors; the structure is a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame — columns and flat slabs in PERI formwork, with a facade curved on plan. The first frame shows the complex after handover; below is the same curve during the monolithic stage and the start of glazing.
