Construction process stages
STMK delivers premium villas, private residences and club houses from 1,000 m² in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The full construction cycle covers site preparation, the reinforced-concrete frame, engineering systems, finishing, staged acceptance and as-built documentation.
Construction is a system. We build a sequence of work on site where design solutions, materials, subcontractors, and phases are coordinated in advance. Every decision made in the documentation is verified by calculation and confirmed on site.
The client receives a manageable process with a single center of responsibility.
