STMK designs premium villas, private residences and club houses from 1,000 m² in Moscow and the Moscow Region. We coordinate architecture, structure and building services in one BIM model, then issue working drawings, details, schedules and specifications for construction.
Single project coordination
The client doesn't need to connect architects, structural engineers, systems engineers, and contractors. We manage the project as a single system: we capture initial data, coordinate solutions across disciplines, control deadlines, and take responsibility for a clear sequence of work.
Design sets construction logic
Decisions made at the design stage determine the cost, timeline, and quality of construction: house positioning, structural layout, engineering systems, details, materials, and scopes of work.
Working documentation connects these decisions, helps detect clashes between disciplines in advance, and provides builders with a clear foundation for estimates, procurement, and work execution.
