01 — ABOUT THE OBJECT
Two levels under a curved brick facade: continuous glazing below, openwork brickwork above.
A 1,100 m² house to a design by architect Rodion Prazdnikov, Modul AB. Concept 2020, STMK working documentation 2020—2021, construction 2022, handover 2023. The lower level opens up in full-height glazing; the upper one is faced in brick with an openwork screen and projecting cantilevered volumes.
