01 — ABOUT THE OBJECT
Three levels down steep terrain: a structure designed for seismic loads, with the panoramic sea view preserved.
A house designed by architect Vladimir Simonenko, 2021. STMK delivered the project together with the architect. The site is seismically hazardous, with complex geological processes, and the structure was engineered for those conditions. The extreme terrain was turned into an asset: the house is arranged over three levels, the entrance to the ground floor is step-free, and the panoramic sea view is preserved.
