01 — ABOUT THE OBJECT
Three storeys down a steep slope: an architectural concrete facade, cantilevered overhangs and a flat accessible roof.
A house designed by architect Olga Litvinova, built on a slope. Three storeys, each rotated against the next, which produces the cantilevered overhangs; the steep terrain gives the lower storey a deep projection. The facade is entirely in architectural concrete, the roof is flat and accessible, and the panoramic glazing faces the river and the forest. The project was shortlisted in the DESIGN NOW 2024/25 awards.
