01 — ABOUT THE OBJECT

Two levels with a projecting cantilevered portal opening towards the water.

A 560 m² house on two levels. Design, construction and general contracting by STMK, 2018—2019. The raft foundation and the 200—350 mm slabs are cast in reinforced concrete, the external walls are Porotherm ceramic block, and the roof is a flat warm deck. A projecting cantilevered portal opens the upper level towards the water. The gallery presents the house architecture and key stages of construction.
