01 — ABOUT THE OBJECT
A single-storey 2,500 m² house in a pine forest, on a site with a level change.
A single-storey house of 2,500 m². The site drops about 3.5 metres and carries a multi-layer utility system beneath it — the siting and the structure were designed around both. The brief included a fireplace and an orangery, and a climate system was developed to serve them. Monolithic works are under way.
